Industrial Heat & Fume Extraction

Engineered source capture and general extraction for factories, workshops, warehouses and production lines.

Industrial Heat & Fume Extraction by AirFlow Ventilation Experts
Assessment-led service

Built around the actual airflow problem

Industrial extraction works best when heat, fumes or dust are captured close to the source. We assess the process, operating temperature, contaminant, layout and safe discharge point before proposing equipment.

Typical problems we investigate

  • Heat trapped above production lines
  • Fumes spreading across work areas
  • Insufficient capture at hoods
  • Production changes overwhelming an old system
  • High noise, vibration or energy use
Common questions

Industrial Heat & Fume Extraction FAQ

Can you extract air above hot machinery?

Yes. The capture arrangement must suit the heat plume and production layout, with sufficient airflow and appropriate materials.

Do you provide drawings?

Project proposals can include concept layouts and marked-up duct routes. Detailed engineering requirements are agreed for larger installations.

Can you work while production continues?

Where practical, work can be phased around site access and operating constraints. The programme is confirmed before mobilisation.
